Service Menus
RoomWizard provides the option to request a number of services to support your meeting, such as catering,
audiovisual equipment, or room setup. If your company supports this option, services appear under "Services"
on the advanced reservation form, as in this example.
To request services for your meeting:

Select the service you would like to add to your meeting reservation. The service menu appears in a free text
space.

Enter your specific requests. You may be required to enter a "Cost center" before you can request a service.
When you save your room reservation, RoomWizard sends your request(s) to the service provider(s) in email. If
you change your reservation date, location, or time, or cancel your meeting, the service provider(s) are notified as
well.
During your reservation, the RoomWizard touch screen displays the services you requested for your meeting.
This helps the service providers locate the right room.
Repeating the Reservation
If you need to schedule a sequence of meetings to occur at the same time and location in the days, weeks or
months ahead, you can ask RoomWizard to copy the information from an advanced reservation form and
repeat it for all the future reservations.
