To require the router to call back, select the connection
in the "Dial-In Networking" window, right-click it, and
select "Properties" in the context menu as shown in the
example below.

In the "Properties" dialog, click the "Cost Savings" tab.
Fill in the appropriate fields, then click "Save". You may
now dial up the connection immediately, or simply
close the dialog.
