In the Properties window, select the "Multilink" tab. Se-
lect the "Use additional devices" option, then click
"Add".

In the "Edit Extra Device" dialog, select one of the fol-
lowing devices in the drop-down list:
– cFos ISDN, Internet, Sync PPP over HDLC
– cFos ISDN, Internet, add. Sync PPP over HDLC
– NDIS WAN Line 1
– NDIS WAN Line 2
Click "OK" to complete this operation.
