Pair Control Valve Removal/Installation - Honda Activa SCV110 Service Manual Digest

Inspect the check valve for damage or fatigue. Replace if
necessary.
Replace the PAIR check valve if the seat rubber is cracked,
Deteriorated or damaged, or if there is clearance between
the reed and seat.
Install the PAIR check valve and cover.
Install and tighten the screws (2 nos.) securely.
PAIR CONTROL VALVE REMOVAL/
INSTALLATION
Remove the PAIR check valve (page 5-11).
Disconnect the vacuum tube from the PAIR control valve.
Disconnect the PAIR air cleaner hose.
Remove the bolts (2 nos.) and PAIR control valve body.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
