Bearing Replacement; Left Crankcase - Honda Activa SCV110 Service Manual Digest

BEARING REPLACEMENT

LEFT CRANKCASE

Remove the final shaft bearing, counter gear shaft
bearing and drive shaft bearing using the special tools.
Be careful not to damage the left crankcase and
transmission case mating surfaces.
TOOLS:
Counter gear shaft bearing:
Bearing remover head, 12 mm
Bearing remover shaft, 12 mm 070MC – KPL-I410
Final shaft bearing:
Bearing remover head, 15 mm
Bearing remover shaft, 15 mm 070MC – KPL-I510
Drive shaft bearing:
Bearing remover head, 17 mm
Bearing remover shaft, 15 mm 070MC – KPL-I510
Apply engine oil to new bearing rotating areas.
Drive new bearings into the left crankcase.

Final shaft bearing:
