`*$0 ( *$0) - Fine Span Adjustment
NOTE! The *$0 and -`9 * modes require a load of 10% of Capacity be on
the scale before adjustments can be made.
With the `*$0 prompt displayed after pressing the TARE/
prompt:
With *$0 displayed, press the TARE/
current setting 06. To skip the Fine Span Adjustment and return to the * ;'$ menu, press
the TARE/ key again. To perform the Fine Span Adjustment, place a calibrated test
ENTER
weight on the scale and press the ASTERISK/
and then the TARE/
ENTER
After pressing the TARE/
weight and the annunciators will alternately flash off and on i.e. (all ON, weighing unit off,
then all OFF, weighing unit ON). Press the ASTERISK/
OR press the UNITS/LEFT ARROW key to decrease the span. Press the ASTERISK key
to return to the previous prompt or press the TARE/
to the * ;'$ menu.
With the `*$0` prompt displayed after pressing the Calibration switch:
With `*$0 displayed, place a calibrated test weight on the scale and press the
TARE/ key. After pressing the TARE/
ENTER
amount of the test weight and the annunciators will alternately flash off and on (all ON,
weighing unit off, then all OFF, weighing unit ON). Press the ASTERISK/
increase the span OR press the UNITS/LEFT ARROW key to decrease the span. Press
the ASTERISK/
UP ARROW
key to exit `*$0 and return to the * ;'$ menu.
-`9 * - Display High Resolution Weight
With -`9 * on the display, pressing the TARE/
"high resolution" mode (in 1/10 interval). Press the PRINT key to print the weight (followed by
the text TEST) via the selected printer output port enabled during setup and calibration. Press
key to return to the -`9 `*`prompt. To exit the -`9 `* mode, press
the TARE/
ENTER
the calibration switch or cycle power (press the ON/OFF key twice).
!66'; - Key Lock Out Function
With !66'; on the display, pressing any key will display !63 (locked) or '0!63
(unlocked) for the current key state. Pressing a locked key during normal operation will results
in a 1/2 second display !63 and the key will be ignored. To exit the !66'; function, press
the calibration switch or cycle power (press the ON/OFF key twice).
NOTE! The menu selections -`9 * and !66'; can only be selected using
the calibration switch.
