(3) Procedure to install the cable arm
Install wiring with cables in the following procedure.
1. Install cables to the rear side of the server.
Connect the AC cable, LAN cable and
optical cable and fix them to the cable
fixing bracket with cable band (attached
to the slide rail). Then, connect the SAS
cable. Secure enough bending radius of
the optical cable.
Cable band
To fix cables with cable bands, snub
cable bands to the cable fixing bracket
as shown in the upper right figure and
attach them as shown in the middle right
figure. Then, fix cables as shown in the
lower right figure.
