Possible Values:
Enables or disables the ACK response to receipt of the ETX character. This
handshake method is useful for conditions where there are long transmission
line delays such as telephone lines which may be routed through satellites.
An ACK character will be returned to the host computer after an ETX
character is received and processed. ETX characters used for handshaking
cannot be part of an escape sequence.
