Operation

Basic Operation
1. Turn the ON/OFF dial s witch to power the c amera. The pow er indicator will switch on. The
switch then acts as a dimmer for the two LEDs on the i mager head of the camera.
2. Press and hol d t he monitor power switch for at least 2 s econds and the power indicator will
illuminate green and a Welcome screen will appear.
3. The real t ime image will then appear on the display LCD monitor.
Note. If t he picture does not properly syncronize or has poor c olor, c heck that the Video
System Settings are set to "NTSC", not to 'PAL" . This should fix the condition..
4. Use the up arrow to select video
5. Turn the ON/OFF dial to adjust the LED light intensity as desired.
6. The tube can be easily maneuvered into position. The tube can be bent into the shape of the
area t o be ex amined.
7. Use the s upplied ac cessories to help retrieve small items.
LCD Reset
If the BR200/BR250 LCD Monitor will not power ON, or if it powers OFF during use, follow the steps
below to perform a Power R eset:
1. Un-dock t he LCD m odule from the BR200/BR250 pistol-grip bas e uni t.
2. Connect t he AC adapter to the LCD module and to the appropriate AC power source.
3. Locate t he Power Reset por t on the reverse side of the LCD m odule (labeled Reset).
4. Using a non-metallic object, momentarily press the Power Reset button for a period of 2-to-5
seconds and t hen r elease.
5. Leaving the A C adapter connected t o the LCD m odule, at tempt t o power the uni t ON.
6. If t he unit powers O N, al low i t to fully re-charge (up t o 2 hours) before removing the A C
adapter. If the LCD unit does not power ON, repeat steps 1 t hrough 6.
If, after t wo at tempts to reset t he LCD, t he unit still does not power ON, c ontact Technical Support.
