Introduction
Congratulations on y our purchase of t his Extech BR200 (17mm c amera head) or B R250 (9mm
camera head) Video B orescope. This instrument was des igned for us e as a remote i nspection
device. It can be used to peer into tight spots and then supply real-time video and i mages t hat can
be r ecorded. Typical applications include HVAC i nspection, aut omotive inspection, cable routing,
and automotive/boat/aircraft inspection. This meter is shipped fully tested and, with proper use, will
provide years of reliable s ervice.

• The image head and t he cable are water resistant when the unit is fully assembled (the
monitor and the camera are not water r esistant)

Safety
• Do not expose i nstrument t o moisture
• Shut off the instrument when not in use
• Remove the bat teries when cleaning t he i nstrument
