Installation

Install the batteries into the instrument body, charge the monitor battery, connect the camera and
flexible tube to the body, and insert the micro SD card. Install any accessory as needed.
Battery Installation
Connect Monitor Power
The monitor has a rechargeable battery. Plug in the AC adapt or and connect the cable to the
DC5V socket on t he monitor. The power indicator will light in red (or the battery capacity icon on
LCD of m onitor will bl ink, indicating that it is charging - and will turn off after a full c harge)
Connect the camera and flexible tube
Connect t he c amera tube to the instrument body ; ens ure t hat the keyed ends are properly al igned.
Once al igned, tighten t he knurled k nob t o hold t he connection firmly in place.
Warning. Permanent damage to the flex tube and loss of operation will occur if the flex
Inserting the micro SD card
Insert c ard with arrow pointing toward slot. Gently apply pressure unt il c ard locks into the s pring
loaded slot. To remove from un it, gently push the card inward and t hen release t o eject it from the
card slot.
