4.2.4 Disassembly, Inspection, Repair, and Assembly of Oil-gas Separator
4.2.4.1 Exploded View for Assembly of Oil-gas Separator
4.2.4.2 Oil-gas Separator DisassemblyProcedures
1) Loosen all clamps.
2) Disassemble air outlet hose.
3) Disassemble the hexagon head fastening bolts for the oil-gas separator.
4) Disassemble the oil-gas separator and its bracket and take out the spring.
5) Disassemble the oil link hose.
6) Loosen the hexagon head bolts and disassemble the ventilator and O-ring.
4.2.4.3 Inspection and Maintenance of Oil-gas Separator
1) Check all rubber hoses for presence of aging. Upon detection of serious aging or cracking, the
replacement is probably required.
2) Check the external surfaces of the ventilator and the oil-gas separator for presence of cracking.
Upon detection of deep cracking that already or probably leads to leakage, the replacement is
required.
3) Check all connectors for presence of oil leakage. Upon detection of leakage trace, tighten the
corresponding connector.
4.2.4.4 Oil-gas Separator Assembly Procedures
The assembly procedures are in the reverse order of the disassembly procedures.
