2) Spray clean engine oil to the contact area between rocker and valve, the contact area
between rocker and tappet, and the center between above two contacts.
3) Place the cylinder head cover gasket;
4) Place the cylinder head cover;
5) Adjust the cylinder head cover gasket to the center of the cylinder head cover in such
manner that the U-grooves of two parts are aligned and there is no protrusion of gasket
in all sides of cylinder head cover.
6) Tighten the cylinder head cover bolts to 10~15N.m. During the tightening, take
cautions to prevent the offset of cylinder head cover gasket from original position.

4.2.3.2 Cylinder Head DisassemblyProcedures
1) Disassemble the cylinder head cover. Refer to disassembling instructions of cylinder
head cover for details.
2) Disassembly the fuel injector. For details , see the instructions for disassembly of fuel
system;
3) Loosen the cylinder head bolts in reverse sequence of the assembling procedure (Refer
to attached figure of cylinder head assembling procedure).
4) Disassemble the cylinder head in upward direction (Before disassembling the cylinder
head, ensure that the fuel injectors are already disassembled, in order to prevent the
cylinder head from impacting the heads of fuel injectors during disassembling). During
the disassembling, notice not to shake the cylinder head, in order to prevent the
outflow of remaining coolant. If the cylinder head gasket is adhered onto the cylinder
