Menu Settings
Create profile
> [Image adjustment] >
Save desired image quality settings in up to 3 user profiles.
• The saved settings are [Brightness], [Contrast], [Sharpness], [Gamma], [HDR range],
[Color adjustment], [Advanced adjustment], [Light source mode], and [Brightness level].
• Although only 3 user profiles are displayed, separate profiles apply depending on
whether DVI-D or HDMI signals are supplied. As a result, it is possible to save up to
6 settings.
• The image mode name which was the basis for the settings change is also saved in the
user memory. When a user memory is selected as the image mode, the image mode
that was the base for that user memory is displayed in the menu as [Baseline image
mode].
Brightness
> [Image adjustment] >
Adjust image brightness.
Contrast
> [Image adjustment] >
Sharpen or soften image contrast.
Sharpness
> [Image adjustment] >
Adjust image sharpness.
Gamma
> [Image adjustment] >
Correct image areas that are too dark or too bright to see clearly.
For more detailed adjustment, use Fine-Tune Gamma (P105).
HDR range
> [Image adjustment] >
Within the dynamic range of SMPTE ST 2084, set the range to use.
[Gamma] is not shown when the menu includes [HDR range].
[HDR range] can only be set in the following cases.
• Image mode (P99) is set to [Video] and HDR (P103) is [On]
• Image mode (P99) is set to [Video], HDR (P103) is [Auto], and HDR signals are
supplied
