EFSO—File system error
A problem was encountered while performing a file operation.
Verify the following:
•
Make sure that you specified the correct filename.
•
Check the spelling and the path.
•
If you need more room on the disk, delete some files.
•
Verify that you did not assign a name to a device which is
already used by a file.
EBUS—Command byte transfer error
A GPIB bus error occurs during a device function.
•
Determine which device, if any, is abnormally slow to
accept commands and fix the problem with the device.
•
Lengthen the assigned time limit using
the
IbcTMO
ESTB—Serial poll status byte(s) lost
One or more serial poll status bytes received during an automatic
serial poll was lost.
Call
more frequently to read the status bytes. Ignore the
ibrsp
ESTB error.

C-5
option.
