4. INTERFACES

4.1 SYSTEM CONTROL CONNECTOR (RS-485 RS-232)

The System Control interface connector is located at port (RS232 RS485) of the SSPB. This is a
10-pin MS3112E12-10P (male) connector with pin assignments as shown in TABLE 7 below.
Both RS-485 and RS-232 serial interfaces are for the serial interface communication link,
allowing for the external monitoring and control of the SSPB.
