Installing The Conveyor Drive Belt - Hakki Pilke OH 27 Instructions For Assembly, Operation And Maintenance

1. Remove the drive belt cover
from the machine frame by
opening the attachment bolt and
nut of the cover.
2. Place the belt on the conveyor drive
pulley.
Make sure that the belt tensioning wheel
is pressing on the uppermost belt, on its
upper side.
4. Put the belt cover in place.
Make sure that the inner side of the cover
goes into the support groove on the
conveyor shaft.
5. Attach the cover to the machine frame
with a bolt and nut.

3. Place the belt on the pulley of
the angular gear.
Note! When installing the belt, remove
the belt retaining bolt if necessary!
