If there is a problem with your BT MultiJet 3000 you may see an error message on the display.
Error messages Descriptions
You have run out of paper.

The front cover is opened.

running out of ink.

running out of ink.
The Black print cartridge is

running out of ink.

No cartridges are installed.

You have not unlocked

the scanner.
A part of the printer has

a problem.
Solutions
Place paper in the input tray, and press Fo r m Fe e d .
Close the front cover.
Replace print cartridge.
Purchase a new color colour print cartridge.
Replace a new black print cartridge.
Replace photo print cartridge.
Open the front cover and install new cartridges.
Open the front cover and unlock the scanner.
Cut off the power and follow the steps on the following
page according to the error message you see.
