Open the Browse Folders screen.
Click S e t u p
Click S y s t e m Ro u t i n g Ru l e s and select from the
options available.
The options you set are processed by the Unimessage
Pro scheduler in the order shown, from top to bottom. For
more information, click the on screen Help button.
Click O K to confirm.

Some rules are supplied with Unimessage Pro.
Open the Browse Folders screen.
Open the Se t u p menu
Select Ro u t i n g Ru l e s
Create or modify the rules to meet your preferred
routing requirements.
Click F i n i s h to store the completed rule.
Phonebook
The phonebook lets you store up to 20 entries containing
phone and fax numbers as well as email addresses.

Open the Browse Folders screen.
Click the P h o n eb o o k folder from the folder tree in
the left side of the screen.

Open the Browse Folders screen
Click P h o n eb o o k in the folder tree
Click New Co nt ac t icon
Enter the contact details you want. Use the Options
tab to select you preferred method of contact
(fax or email)
Click O K to store the entry.

Providing there is a name in the 'To' 'Cc' or 'Bc' boxes:
Click F i l e
Select Ad d to p h on eb o o k and enter your new
contact's details.
Click O K .

Click the To , C c or B c c buttons to select contacts
from your Phonebook.
Op t io n a l s e t tin g s
The Op ti on s tab for each Phonebook contact allows you
to select
A preferred delivery method (fax or email).
A preferred location (home or business).
A preferred device (to use for sending messages to
this contact).
A supported fax message attachment type (WBF, DTM
or None). The default setting is None. You should not
need to change this unless specifically asked by your
recipient.
