Make t he b leach s olution a 1 :100 d ilution o f 5 .25% s odium h ypochlorite. M ix o ne
part h ousehold b leach ( e.g., C lorox w ith 9 9 p arts c old t ap w ater). T o m easure t he
solution e asily, t ake 1 /4 c up o f h ousehold b leach, a nd m ix i t w ith a g allon o f c old
tap w ater. A llow t he m ixture t o s it o n p otentially c ontaminated s urfaces f or t en
minutes.
