Cause
Apnoea monitoring has been switched
off.
Due to detected apnoea, Savina auto-
matically switched over to mandatory
ventilation.
The ASB cycle has been switched off
3 times due to exceeding time limit.
The ASB cycle has been switched off due
to exceeding time limit.
The device is being used at too high
atmospheric pressure.
One of the pressure sensors is defective. Due to a fault in the ambient pressure

atmospheric pressure.

Breathing gas temperature is over 40
Due to an internal data loss, Savina is
operating with factory settings.
Fault – Cause – Remedy
Remedy
Reset the apnoea alarm time T
to the desired monitoring value if
necessary.
Check the ventilation process.
To return to the original ventilation mode:
Press the »Alarm Reset« key.
Test ventilation system for leaks.
Test ventilation system for leaks.
Use Savina inside of the given
atmospheric pressure range,
see Technical data, page 118.

on the basis of 1013 mbar, in the
absence of current measurements.
If the »Airway pressure high« alarm is
correctly set and the incorrect tidal
volume V and minute volume MV values

are tolerable, Savina can continue to be
