Mitel Schweiz AG hereby declares that the MiVoice Office 400 products
• conform to the basic requirements and other relevant stipulations of
EMC (2014/30/EU) and LVD (2014/35/EU) directives.
• are manufactured in conformity with RoHS according to Directive
2011/65/EU.

equipment is a label that contains, among other information, the FCC reg-
istration number and ringer equivalence number (REN) for this equipment.
If requested, this information must be provided to the telephone company.

depending upon the product's country of manufacture (refer to the registra-
tion label of the product).

The REN is useful to determine the quantity of devices you may connect to
the telephone line. Excessive REN's on the telephone line may result in
the devices not ringing in response to an incoming call. In most, but not all
areas, the sum of the REN's of all devices connected to one line should
not exceed five (5.0). To be certain of the number of devices you may con-
nect to your line, as determined by the total REN's, contact the local tele-
phone company.
