The LD6 (2U) unit is recommended to be housed in a 19" rack with suitable ventilation.
3.2.1
The unit is designed to be ventilated at the sides. Each side of the unit should have > 55
mm clearance.
3.2.2
1. Ensure adequate ventilation – above and especially to the vents for free air flow
2. Locate unit in areas free from excessive dust or smoke.
3. Avoid locations that experience excessive vibration.
4. Avoid exposure to high temperatures.
5. Shield the unit from direct sunlight.
6. Mount the unit securely to prevent movement.
7. Ensure there is easy access to front panel.
