Mounting Option
The Harmony OpenAir Access Point is designed to sit on a desktop. However, there
are four pre-threaded holes on the underside of the unit so that it may be mounted on
any surface. The mounting holes are shown Figure 2. These holes are a #6-32 tap and
0.175" deep. Screws and mounting tools are not provided by Proxim, but an AP Wall
Mounting Kit is available. Contact your Proxim reseller for details.
Note:
When mounting the Access Point onto a flat surface, you may need to remove
the plastic feet from the underside of the unit so that the mounting holes are
flush against the mounting surface. The plastic feet are glued onto the
underside of the unit and can be removed with a small flat-head screwdriver.
