System's Web browser interface.
Problem 3:
My Harmony OpenAir PC Card will not synchronize to the Harmony OpenAir Access
Point.
Solution 3:
Follow these steps if an OpenAir client adapter cannot synchronize with the Access
Point:
1.
Try to bring the devices closer together; the client adapter may be out of range of
the Access Point.
2.
Confirm that the Access Point and client adapter have the same Domain number.
3.
Confirm that the Access Point and client adapter have the same Security ID.
4.
Confirm that the Access Point's Status LED is green or use the Harmony
System's Web browser interface to confirm that it is partnered with an AP
Controller. A client adapter cannot synchronize with an Access Point unless the
Access Point is partnered with an AP Controller.
Problem 4:
The Status LED is amber.
Solution 4:
The Status LED will turn solid amber under two conditions:
The unit is initializing
The unit has successfully initialized but could not find an AP Controller to
partner with
