3. Tap Print Settings > Split Page Settings > Delete Print Data After Split.
4. Select the options for deleting print data after splitting.
5. If you select Off in step 4, tap OK and go to step 7. If you select Delete Top or Delete Bottom, go to step 6.
6. In Threshold, set the threshold, and then tap OK.
7. Tap Overlap When Split.
8. Tap the Overlap Print When Split box to set this to On.
9. In Overlapping Width, set the width, and then tap OK.

Making Print Settings to Receive Reduced or Split Faxes (Acting Print)
Make print settings when the size of the received document is larger than the size of the paper loaded in the
printer.
1. Tap Settings on the home screen.
2. Tap General Settings > Fax Settings > Receive Settings.
3. Tap Print Settings > Acting Print, and then select the options.
❏ Off: Select this option if you do not want to use this function.
❏ On(Split to pages): Select this to print the received document by splitting it with other paper sizes. For
example, when the received fax is A3 size, the fax is printed at A4 size on 2 pages without shrinking the
image.
❏ On (Reduce to Fit): Select this to print the received document by shrinking. For example, when the received
fax is A3 size, the fax is printed at A4 size by shrinking the image.

Send faxes in color or monochrome (B&W).
Note:
❏ When sending a fax in monochrome, you can preview the scanned image on the LCD screen before sending.
❏ If you have enabled the Save Failure Data feature, failed faxes are saved, and you can resend them from
