Select the menus on the control panel as described below.

Quick Operation Button

Select the menus on the control panel as described below.
Settings > General Settings > Fax Settings > Quick Operation Button
Quick Operation Button 1:
Registers a shortcut allowing you to quickly access the menu you use often. You can access the button
from the following menu.
Fax > Fax Settings > Quick Operation Button 1
Quick Operation Button 2:
Registers a shortcut allowing you to quickly access the menu you use often. You can access the button
from the following menu.
