Setting Conditions for Saving and Forwarding Received Faxes (Conditional
Save/Forward)
1. Tap Settings on the home screen.
2. Tap General Settings > Fax Settings > Receive Settings > Save/Forward Settings.
3. Tap
from one of the unregistered boxes under Conditional Save/Forward.
Note:
You can change the conditions by tapping
4. Tap the box under Name, and then enter name for the condition.
5. Tap the box under Condition(s).
6. Select the conditions and make the settings.
Note:
The following options can be used at the same time.
❏ Sender Fax Number match: When the sender fax number matches, the received document is saved and
forwarded. Tap Sender Fax Number match, and then select options. Scroll the screen to the bottom, and
then tap the Fax Number box and enter the phone number (maximum 20 digit).
❏ Subaddress(SUB) perfect match: When the subaddress (SUB) matches perfectly, the received document is
saved and forwarded. Tap Subaddress(SUB) perfect match, and then tap the top box to set this to On, and
then tap the Subaddress(SUB) box and enter the subaddress(SUB).
❏ Password(SID) perfect match: When the password (SID) matches perfectly, the received document is saved
and forwarded. Tap Password(SID) perfect match, and then tap the top box to set this to On, and then tap
the Password(SID) box and enter the password.
❏ Receiving Time: Saves and forwards documents received during the specified time period. Tap Receiving
Time, and then tap the Receiving Time box to set this to On. Set the time period in Start Time and End
Time.
7. When you have finished making settings, tap Close to return to the Conditional Save/Forward screen, and
then tap OK to save the conditions.
