Chapter 4 — Setup in Fingerprint
To reinstall the default root CA certifi cate, install /rom/intermec.cer, or
remove the /c/ADMIN/root.cer fi le.
Examples
SETUP "8021x","EAP_TYPE","TTLS|LEAP|PEAP|OFF"
Sets preferred EAP type.
SETUP "8021x","EAP_USER","Admin01"
Sets logon username to "Admin01".
SETUP "8021x","EAP_PASS","InfoTech"
Sets logon password to "InfoTech".
SETUP "8021x","TTLS_USER","Manufacturing"
Sets TTLS outer name to "Manufacturing".

Sets inner authentication type (TTLS/PEAP only).

Sets common name 1 to "Printer33" (TTLS/PEAP only).

Sets common name 2 to "Printer34" (TTLS/PEAP only).
SETUP "8021x","VALIDATE","ON|OFF"
Enables or disables validation of the server certifi cate (TTLS/PEAP
only).
SETUP WRITE/GET for all settings returns the set value, except for
EAP_PASS which always returns "****" if confi gured, and for "CA_
CERT" which returns the common name of the last certifi cate authority
successfully installed (but not the path to the fi le).
