H/W: Hardware version (PCB)
S/N: Serial number of the terminal
M/D: Manufacturing date
KNL: Kernel version
LIB: C library version
USR: Application program version
DEV: Code for optional hardware configurations, i.e. 1700.

NET: Serial number of Ethernet card if installed
Without a screen, this is not available on the 5000 terminals.
