TARGETS MENU
SETTING LOCK
Message: "Unauthorized setting write"
Latched target message: No.
Description of problem: A setting write was attempted while the lock relay setting was enabled.
What to do: Ask the Supervisor to unlock the settings and try again.
SERVER UNAVAILABLE
Message: "An attempt to contact the Radius server has failed"
Latched target message: No.
Description of problem: The RADIUS authentication server is unavailable.
What to do: Verify network connectivity and try again.
DOS PARTITION ALARM:
SELF-TEST ERROR
Description of problem: There is a problem with the Compact Flash memory in the CPU module.
How often the test is performed: On relay power-up and afterwards once every 24 hours.
What to do: Contact the factory.
PROTOTYPE FIRMWARE:
Self Test Error
Description of problem: Seen until the builds is tagged as being 'release candidate' or 'gold' builds.
What to do: Update firmware to either of these builds.
DIF HW<->ORDER CODE:
MATCH HW&ORDER CODE
Description of problem: The "B90 Function" setting is set to "Protection" and there is a discrepancy between the order
code and the hardware (HW) configuration. For example, if the software option in the B90 order code assumes 24
feeder configuration, but there are only two DSP modules with a total of 16 CT inputs, there is a discrepancy between
the hardware and order code and if the "B90 Function" is set to "Protection" the relay asserts this self-test.
7
Latched target message: No.
How often the test is performed: On relay power-up and every time the "B90 Function" setting is changed.
What to do: Check that the hardware configuration (number and type of DSP modules) matches the software option in
the order code.
