REMOVE AND REPLACE DISPENSING VALVE

(see Figure 5)
Removal.
1. Remove acorn nut securing cover to dispensing valve, then remove cover.
2. Disconnect dispensing valve electrical wiring harness connector from Unit electrical wiring harness
connector.
3. Disengage the dispensing valve locking latch located on bottom of the block assembly.
4. Pull dispensing valve release latch, located on mounting block back of the valve, to the left to release
valve, then pull valve off mounting block.
Installation
1. Insert dispensing valve guide pin in mounting block guide pin hole. Push valve on to mounting block until a
click is heard indicating release latch has seated in valve guide pin notch. MAKE SURE DISPENSING
VALVE LOCKING LATCH LOCATED ON BOTTOM OF THE BLOCK ASSEMBLY IS ENGAGED.
2. Connect dispensing valve electrical wiring harness connector to Unit wiring harness connector.
3. Adjust water flow regulator (if applicable) for water flow rate, then adjust syrup flow regulator for
Water-to-Syrup ''Ratio'' of dispensed product as instructed.
