This section covers operating controls, daily pre-operation check, Unit operation, and service and maintenance
procedures to be performed on the Unit and system.
WARNING: Disconnect electrical power to Unit to prevent personnel injury before
attempting any internal maintenance. Only qualified personnel should service internal
components or electrical wiring.

OPERATING CONTROLS

(see Figure 5)
NOTE: Number 3 dispensing valve (third dispensing valve from right-hand side as viewed from front of
Unit) will dispense a still (non-carbonated) drink. All other dispensing valves will dispense a
carbonated drink. No. 3 dispensing valve may be converted to also dispense a carbonated drink if
desired. Refer to TABLE OF CONTENTS for conversion instructions.

POWER SWITCH

POWER SWITCH, located on side of Unit must be in''ON'' position to operate refrigeration system.

DISPENSING VALVE LEVER

Dispensing valve levers, located below dispensing valves, need only to be pressed with cup to dispense drink.

DISPENSING VALVE CARBONATED WATER ONLY LEVER

Dispensing valve carbonated water only lever, located on dispensing valve cover, will dispense only carbonated
water when actuated.

DAILY PRE-OPERATION CHECK

1. Make sure CO
cylinder regulator assembly 1800-psi gage indicator is not in shaded (''change CO
2
cylinder'') portion of dial. If so, CO
2. Sufficient syrup supply in all syrup tanks. If not, replenish syrup supply as instructed.
3. Make sure drip tray is clean and clean cup rest is in place in drip tray.

UNIT OPERATION

Press cup against dispensing valve lever and dispense until cup is full, then release lever. If carbonated water
only is desired, hold cup under dispensing valve with lever on its side, then actuate lever to dispense
carbonated water.
