Dole Dispensing Valve. (see FIGURE 6)
1.
Remove syrup line quick disconnect from syrup
tank serving dispensing valve water flow rate
check will be preformed on.
2. Remove front cover from dispensing valve by pull-
ing out on bottom of cover.
3. Remove top cover from dispensing valve by loos-
ening screw on front of valve, then remove cover.
4. Turn syrup shutoff valve (right–side shutoff valve)
to the CLOSED (extreme COUNTERCLOCK-
WISE) position.
NOTE: Do not confuse syrup and water shutoff
valves with dispensing valve flow controls adjust-
ing screws.
5. Position volume cup under dispensing valve
nozzle.
6. Press CANCEL/POUR switch and hold for 4 se-
conds.
NOTE: 10 fl ounces (296 ml) of water should be
dispensed into cup for sugar based drinks and 7.6
fl ounces (225 ml) for sugar–free based drinks.
7. If the water volume is correct. proceed with Step 9
If the flow rate is not correct, proceed with Step 8 .
8. Turn dispensing valve water flow control adjusting
screw to the right (CLOCKWISE) to increase or to
the left (COUNTERCLOCKWISE) to decrease the
flow of water.
9. Repeat Steps 2 through 7 for each dispensing
valve until all valves are checked and/or calibrated
(as required). Water flow rate check is complete.
10. Turn syrup shutoff valve (right–side shutoff valve)
to the OPEN (extreme CLOCKWISE) position.
11. Install top cover on dispensing valve and secure
with screw.
12. Install front cover on dispensing valve.
13. Connect syrup line quick disconnect to syrup tank
outlet.

CC–1 Dispensing Valve (see FIGURE 7)
1. Remove syrup line quick disconnect from syrup
tank serving dispensing valve water flow rate
check will be performed on.
2. Remove applicable dispensing valve portion con-
trol cover by sliding cover up and off top cover.
3. Remove dispensing valve top cover by loosening
screw securing cover, then lift cover up and off.
4. Position volume cup under dispensing valve
nozzle.
5. Press CANCEL/POUR switch and hold for 4–se-
conds.
NOTE: 10 fl ounces (296 ml) of water should be dis-
pensed into cup for sugar based drinks and 7.6 fl
ounces (225 ml) for sugar–free based drinks.
6. If the water volume is correct, proceed with Step
10 If the flow rate is not correct, proceed with step
7.
7. Remove plastic cover from water flow regulator
labeled "WATER".
8. Turn dispensing valve water flow regulator adjust-
ing screw to the right (CLOCKWISE) to increase or
to the left (COUNTERCLOCKWISE) to decrease
the flow of water.
