5-11 Onboard Indicators
IPMI Dedicated LAN Port
A dedicated IPMI LAN port is located
on the I/O backpanel. The yellow LED
on the right indicates activity, while the
LED on the left indicates the speed of
the connection. See the table at right for
more information.
PWR Fail/Fan Fail/OH LED
A Power Fail/Fan Fail/Overheat LED
(LED5) is located on the reverse side
of the motherboard (right under LED6).

SATA Ports
Five Serial ATA (SATA) (I-SATA 0-4)
ports are provided on the motherboard.
I-SATA0-3 supports SATA 3.0 and
I-SATA4 supports SATA 2.0. These
Serial Link connections provide faster
data transmission than legacy Parallel
ATA. See the table on the right for pin
defi nitions.
