Appendix C: CLI Commands
To unpresent volumes from a host, use:
unpresent --host=<name> vol0 vol1
The list can be replaced with '--all' to unpresent a host from all
volumes or a volume from all hosts. (e.g., present --host=host1 --all).
Flashes LEDs on the ISE.
Show
Displays information about the ISE
Usage: show <component>
component can be any of the following:
battery
ise
mrc
volumes
pool
powersupply : Display power supply information
supercap
hosts
task
datapac
hba
network
events
all

performance : Display performance data for the ISE
Show Event
Displays the contents of the Management and System logs.
Usage: show event [--clear=<log>]
log can be any of the following:
system
: Clear the system log
management : Clear the management log
all
: Clear both logs
Shutdown
Flushes all data and powers down the ISE. Use '--force' to
force the shutdown when the system is non-operational.
Usage: shutdown [--force]
Restart
Reboots the ISE. Same as shutdown but the system will reboot
after the shutdown. Use '--force' to force the restart when
the system is non-operational.
Usage: restart [--force]

: Display battery or supercapacitor information
: Display information about the ISE's identity
: Display MRC information
: Display information about the volumes
: Display information about the pools
: Display supercapacitor information
: Display information about the hosts
: Display information about any running tasks

: Display recent events from all logs
: Display all of the above information
