OPTIONAL MANTEL DEFLECTOR INSTALLATION - VIGNETTE
NOTE: A mantel delector may be installed to reduce the minimum
mantel height. Refer to the instruction manual for minimum
mantel clearances.
1. Remove Vignette faceplate from unit and lay on a soft surface.
2. Remove the outer faceplate by removing the 5 screws as shown.
Note: the two top and two bottom screws can be loosened - slide the
outer faceplate up on out to remove.
3. Separate the Outer Faceplate from the Backing Plate by removing
7 screws.

4. Install the mantel delector in between the back of the outer face-
plate and the front of the backing plate. Insert the screws from the
front of the outer faceplate using 3 screws.

5. Reinstall the outer faceplate and spacer—reverse Step 2.
6. Reinstall the Vignette faceplate and safety screen to complete.
