6.5.2 REPLACING THE REGISTRATION ROLLER

1. Remove the rear cover. (See section 6.1.3.)
2. Open the left side cover.
3. Release the pawl [A] of the magnetic clutch [B] and remove the clutch.
4. Remove the registration guide plate [C].
5. Remove the two clips [D].
6. Slide the registration roller toward the back (toward the left in the illustration).
When the front shaft is free, guide it upward and then remove the other side
(spring-loaded side), removing the roller itself [E].
NOTE: This procedure is easier to perform when the AIO cartridge and fusing
unit are removed.
