• Feeder/Extractor of the press:
The body to be fed in to the press is deposited on a platform (of the sixth
module) fitted with two double-acting pneumatic cylinders. The first one (in the
sixth module) effects the transfer from the loading/unloading point to the
press, while the second one (in this
fifth module) carries out
operation following

By means of a hydraulic 4/3 way directional
control valve, the pressing cylinder now exerts
a force which may be regulated using the
pressure limiting valve incorporated in the
hydraulic unit. After pressing, the cylinder
returns to its original position, the screen is
lifted and the assembly is pushed to the
unloading position.
