Create a Conference Call with Microsoft CCCP

You can create a conference with Microsoft CCCP using the RealPresence Touch.
To create a multipoint call using CCCP:
1 On any screen on the RealPresence Touch, tap
2 Tap Place a Call.
3 Next, add participants using any combination of the following methods:
 Tap
Keypad, then enter the SIP addresses. Each time you enter a SIP address, tap Add to
add it to the list of participants.
 Tap
Contacts, then tap the names you want to include in the list of participants. If you tap a
group, the group opens and you can tap the individual names to add them.
 Tap
Speed Dial, then tap the names you want to include in the list of participants.
4 When your list of participants is complete, tap
other participants as described in the previous step without putting participants on hold, although
you might experience a brief audio or video pause.

Add Participants to a CCCP Conference

While you are in a Microsoft CCCP conference using the RealPresence Touch, you can add additional
participants to the conference.
To add participants a multipoint call using CCCP:
1 While in a call, on any screen on the RealPresence Touch, tap
2 Tap Place a Call.
3 Select Keypad and enter a number to call, or choose a contact from one of the following locations:
 Contacts list
 Recent screen
 Speed Dial
4 While in the call, under Participants, tap Add. Continue to add participants using the above steps
until all participants are included in the conference.

Mute All Participants in a CCCP Conference

While you are in a Microsoft CCCP conference using the RealPresence Touch, you can mute the partici-
pants in the conference.
To mute all participants in a CCCP conference:
1 While in a call, on any screen, tap
2 Tap Active Call.
3 Under Participants, tap Mute All. All call participants are now muted.
