Placing a Call On Hold and Resuming It

While on a call, press the Hold soft key
or the Hold hard key. The held call appears
in the active call list on the display.
To place another call, press the New Call
soft key and then dial the number.

Redialing a Call

Press the Redial hard key or Redial soft
key to dial the last number called.
Press the Call List hard key to obtain
a list of placed, received, or missed calls.

Placing a Conference Call

Place a call to the first party.

To add a second party to the conference
when a call is already in progress, either
press the Conference hard key or the
More/Confrn soft keys to obtain a new
line.

Dial the phone number of the second
party.

Ending a Conference Call

Press the EndCall soft key, replace the
handset or press SpeakerPhone key to end
that phone's participation in the confer-
ence.

Muting a Call

M
While on a call, press the Mute key.
The LED turns on and a Mute icon
appears on the LCD indicating that the
other party (or parties) can't hear you.

Changing the Volume

Press the + or - volume keys to increase
or decrease the volume.

To return to the held call,
press the Resume soft key.
If multiple calls are on hold, press the
L
M
or
scroll key to select a call in
the active call list and then press
the Resume soft key.

When the new party answers, press the
Conference hard key or the Confrn soft
key again, to join both parties in a
conference call.
Repeat steps 2-4 to add additional parties
to a conference call.
Tip: The maximum number of
participants in a conference call is
configured by your administrator.
M
To turn off Mute,
press the Mute key again.
