b81 during communication.
1. Incorrect cabling.

detection circuits work
abnormally.
1. b94 = 1,2. Cannot connect
with Copy Unit.
2. Copy Unit failure.
3. The voltage and capacity
parameter of Copy Unit &
the inverter are different.
Copy the parameter to
inverter to verify the
