5.3 Lubrication Chart

Danger! Repairs, maintenance or cleaning work on
the machine - drive elements may start moving.
Effect: Danger to life, injuries or damage to the machine.
• Switch off the PTO, the tractor engine and remove the ignition
key.
• Disconnect PTO shaft.
• Secure the machine and tractor against rolling back.
• After repair, maintenance and cleaning work mount all
protective coverings and safety devices again.
• Avoid skin contact with lubricants, cleaning agents and
solvents.
• All other safety instructions must also be followed.
Apply two strokes of multi-purpose grease slowly with a
handgun to the greasing points [1]. Remove superfluous
lubricants.
Note!
The information on maintenance intervals is based on average
load of the machine. If the load is heavier or the machine
operates under extreme working conditions, the maintenance
intervals have to be reduced.
