Start up

Danger! - Unexpected actions on the machine
Effect: Danger to life or serious injuries.
• Operate the machine in a safe manner.
• Never sit or stand on or in the machine.
• During operation, maintain a sufficient safety distance from all
movable parts of the machine.
• Remove blockages only when PTO and tractor engine is
switched off and key removed. Wait until all moving parts have
stopped
• Make sure there are no people in the danger zone during
operation. No one is permitted in the unloading range of the AP
baler or bale thrower.
• If dangerous situations arise, switch off the PTO immediately
and bring the machine to a stop.
• Never let the machine run if no operating personnel is on the
tractor.
Your AP baler and P23 thrower is lubricated and all functions
are checked before dispatch. The full performance of the
machine can be used immediately provided the following advice
is observed:
Do visual inspection of the hydraulic system for leaks, chafe

marks, ageing and functional reliability. Defective parts must
immediately be
Maintenance and repair work on the hydraulic system may
only be carried out by hydraulic experts.
The connections of the hydraulic hose lines must be free

from foreign matter.
All covers and guard casings must be installed, properly

fastened and closed.
Check all visible sensors and actors for tight seat.

Check tires for proper condition.

