Volume per ram stroke

Clamping tension on

Remedy
Cut off faulty ends,
re-thread wire

Immerse coils in oil,
always store them well
oiled
Clean and lubricate wire
guide tubes and rollers;
replace as necessary

Slacken density control or
set shorter bale length
Re-fit wire or completely
re—thread
