Before starting work:

Always tighten the tension flaps first before increasing the
baling density with hand cranks 8.

Setting bale density
Loosen the tension flaps (AP 630, AP 730 and AP 830) on
both sides of the baling channel by turning the spindles 7
(Figure 22).
Turn the hand cranks 8 clockwise 5 turns from loose point of
the tensioning springs.
Start working until the first bale leaves the baling chamber.
Set the required baling density when baler is working by
gradually tightening spindles 7 and hand cranks 8.
Setting bale length
Turn the adjusting nut 9 in the direction of the arrow for
longer bales (Figure 23).
Turn the adjusting nut 9 in the opposite direction of the arrow
for shorter bales.
