Clutch release screw adjustment
Loosen the lock nut, and turn in the release
screw to feel high resistance.
From that position, turn out the release screw
-
1/4 1/2 turn, and tighten the lock nut.
When reassembling the clutch cover, fit a
gasket to correctly position as shown in Fig.
CAUTION:
Do not use the old gasket to prevent oil
leakage.
OIL SUMP FILTER
Wash the sump filter with cleaning solvent, and
then blow compressed air through it to dry off
solvent.
After mounting the sump filter, fit the cap and
tighten it.
CAM DRIVE CHAIN
Engage the chain on the sprocket.
