Steering Stem - Suzuki EN125-2A Service Manual

STEEL BALL
Apply grease to the upper and lower inner races
when installing the steel balls.

STEERING STEM NUT
Tighten the steering stem nut to 40-50N m by
using the special tool
Steering nut
socket wrench
Turn the steering stem right ang left, lock-to-lock,
five or six time to seat the ball bearings.
Turn back the stem nut by 1/4-1/2 turn.
NOTE:
This adjustment will vary from motorcycle to
motorcycle.
