Trigger Sequence mode basic timing

In this mode, as each trigger input is received, the image data associated with the next
index within the preset sequence is output. In the trigger sequence mode, it is not possible to
input the trigger while the current index is executing.
The sequence index table always starts at Index 1 and changes to next index which is preset in the
Next Index setting after the current index is completed.
