Before making copies
– For paper larger than the A3 size
When loading paper larger than the A3 size, adjust the
guides as shown in the illustration.

Load the paper into the tray so that the side of the paper
to be printed on (the side facing up when the package
was unwrapped) faces up.
– Do not place paper on the paper guide, otherwise a
paper misfeed may occur.
How is curled paper loaded?

% Flatten the paper before loading it.
? How many sheets of paper and other media can be loaded?
% Do not load so many sheets of plain paper that the top of the stack is higher than the , mark.

Select the paper type.
– To print on OHP transparencies or envelopes, touch [↓], and then select the paper type.
– If "A6Card w" is selected, the paper type is automatically set to "Thick 3".
